HSL Semi-Solid Chemistry

Hybrid solid-liquid matrix drastically curtails flammable liquid content while maintaining high ionic conductivity down to -30°C. Delivers high gravimetric density (~261 Wh/kg) and extreme thermal safety.

At ANAS, battery reliability is non-negotiable. Every cell and commercial battery pack undergoes systematic verification at our Taizhou Testing Base before we pack and load them into containers.

Automated 4-Parameter Batch Sorting

Every cell is screened for Capacity, Open Circuit Voltage (OCV), AC Internal Resistance (ACIR), and K-value self-discharge to ensure matched discharge curves in pack assemblies.
100% SOC Nail Penetration Test

Cells undergo full-charge steel nail penetration without releasing flame or entering thermal runaway, validating the intrinsic stability of our LFP and HSL crystal lattices.
Extreme Environmental & Ingress Testing

PACK assemblies are subjected to continuous 3-axis vibration tables, -40°C to 80°C thermal shock chambers, and 1-meter IPX7 water immersion tanks.
